Daily High/Low Forecast
Each day, (Sun thru Thurs), between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm eastern time, daily Forex forecasts are published on this site. The predictions are good from the moment they are published until 4:30 pm eastern time the next day. Essentially, the prices shown are for approximately for a 22.5 hour period since the time of publishing is already two and a half hours into the trading day.
Non Forex Market daily forecasts are published after 10:00 pm, et for the next day session trading period.

Weekly High/Low Forecast
Each week, currency and non forex market forecasts are published on Sunday afternoon at approximately 5:00 pm eastern time and are good through to Fridays' close at 4:30 pm eastern time.

Subscription
Both modules, Daily High/Low forecasts, and Weekly High/Low forecasts, are offered together for each market from this website. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis for each market chosen. Yearly prepay options are available at substantial discounts.

In consideration of RDC licensing the forecasts through the Forex Predictions.com website, (the “Service”) to the Client pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Client agrees and acknowledges as follows:

1. RDC hereby grants to the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the Client’s personal trading only. This license does not convey to Client any interest in or to the Service, but only a limited right of use revocable by the terms of this Agreement. The Service shall be utilized by Client only in accordance with this Agreement and shall not be disclosed in any form by any media to any other person or party.

2. Client will prepay RDC a monthly fee of $50 American Dollars for each Market Rate chosen licensed as the Service. The term of the license shall be the month for which Client has prepaid the license fee charged by RDC for the Service and automatically renewed each month from the date of subscription. Any license fee paid is non-refundable and the license shall immediately terminate if a required payment is not paid when due.
In the case of Yearly Prepayment, the Client will prepay RDC a yearly fee for the rates chosen as per Subscription Fee indicated.

3. Customer represents and warrants that Customer is not a broker or professional money manager, and will not use the Service for trading by or for the benefit of any other person.

4. Customer shall be responsible for maintaining all equipment used by the Customer in connection with the Service.

5. RDC shall not be liable for, and Customer agrees not to hold or seek to hold RDC liable for, any technical problems, system failures and malfunctions, communication line failures, equipment or software failures and malfunctions, and other similar computer problems or defects. The Service is provided “as is,” and RDC does not make any warranties or guarantees with respect to the Service, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RDC shall not be liable to Customer for any loss, cost, damage or other injury, whether in contract or tort arising out of or caused in whole or in part by Customer’s use of or reliance on the Service or its content. In no event will RDC be liable to Customer for any punitive, consequential, special or similar damages even if advised of the possibility of such damage. If some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, in such jurisdictions, the liability of RDC shall be limited in accordance with this Agreement to the extent permitted by law.

6. The Service provides users with access to daily high/low forecasts, and weekly high/low forecasts through the website, Forex Predictions.com. RDC does not represent or warrant that the exchange rate forecasted will behave as indicated by the Service. The Customer understands and acknowledges that the markete may not reach or may go beyond the high and low targets as displayed by the Service, and all orders for trades placed as a result of the Service are at the Customer’s sole risk. Customer understands and acknowledges that there is substantial risk in trading foreign currencies and other financial instruments with or without the Service. Customer understands that THE SERVICE IS FORMULATED IN PART WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY TRADE OR FORECAST WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS. THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT FINANCIAL MARKETS TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK AND THAT YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENTIRE CAPITAL. YOU SHOULD ONLY TRADE WITH FUNDS THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

7. RDC makes no representations concerning the suitability of the Service for use by the Customer. The Customer should determine whether, and to what extent, the Service is suitable.

8. Customer will hold harmless and indemnify RDC and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all losses, costs, damages and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, resulting directly or indirectly from the breach of this Agreement by Customer or from the use of the Service by Customer, including any claims brought against RDC that arise out of or relate to the breach of this Agreement by Customer or the use of the Service by Customer.

9. Any lawsuit, legal claim or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought only in courts located in Ontario, Canada, and Customer hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts for such proceedings.

10. Customer shall not assign, sub-license, transfer, pledge, lease, rent or share Customer’s rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement to or with any person or entity, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of RDC. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective parties, their legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

11. Customer understands that the fee will be charged to the Customers' credit card immediately upon receiving credit card approval. Customer also understands that the monthly fee(s) will be automatically charged to Customer’s credit card each month as the regular billing cycle from the date of subscription, until such time as Customer or RDC terminates the license in this Agreement. Customer understands that termination must be actioned by cancelling your subscription via the online Cancel function. Customer understands that cancellation must be made 2 days prior the date of original subscription (billing date). If Customer has already paid the RDC monthly fee for the license, the Customer will not receive any refund.

12. RDC may terminate the license in this Agreement at any time for any reason by giving Customer written notice of termination and delivering notification by email transmition to Customer. If RDC voluntarily terminates the license before it would otherwise terminate, RDC will refund the corresponding pro rata portion of the charges prepaid by Customer for the period after termination.
